Interest rates are at historic lows. For those of you who think this is just a line, in 1984 when our broker became a REALTOR, interest rates were at 18% and went up to 22-23%! Not around 5,6,7% that is available now. SO, when you hear people say that rates are incredibly low, they speak the truth!

Although there are still buyers who do not search on the internet for properties, the majority of buyers will search for properties on their own. The purpose of the REALTOR has shifted to other valuable services. Now, we show you the properties, supply you with information to help you make an educated decision about what a property is worth, help you through all the steps of the buying process......help you find a lender, explain the whole buying process to you, assist you in finding inspectors if you so desire, represent you in the preparation and negotiation of contracts, help you through all steps leading to closing on a property plus attend closing with you.
